Handmade Gifts for the Holidays

I Took The Handmade Pledge! BuyHandmade.org

Which means that I'm going to make a real effort to buy handmade (or to make) more gifts for the holidays this year. I'd like to make a few of those food/recipe-in-a-nicely-decorated-jar gifts this year. Last year I pulled together a fresh herbs/olive oil/mozzarella balls-in a cute jar thing. They were nice gifts, and smelled delish, but not the easiest to consume.

...I'm planning to go to Craftland to do some holiday shopping. It's a month-long, handmade gifts festival in downtown Providence that starts November 30th. I heard about it from Sarah Parrott, a Providence artist who specializes in Gocoo screenprints. I bought a cute print from her this summer.
